There are no ATM machines located on the SANDSTOCK festival grounds. Within a short walking distance there is an American Bank and an IGA Family Food Center that have ATM machines and drive through banking.
Are not permitted on the festival grounds. Anyone found under the influence or in possession of these substances will be escorted off the property and/or referred to local law enforcement.

Port Aransas Beaches are located just a few blocks south of the SANDSTOCK festival grounds. Please be sure you have the proper beach stickers available at local convenience stores.

Seating is NOT provided so it is advisable to bring lawn chairs and blankets. For your convenience, items may be unloaded at the drop off point with a member of your party to oversee the items. SANDSTOCK will not be responsible for any items left unattended.
Childcare is not provided at any time during SANDSTOCK. The Kids area is not a child-care program. Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times. Lost children should be taken to the Information/Lost & Found booth located directly behind the 2nd base line in the main tent. If you report a lost child, it is critical that you report back when the child is found so the lost alert is called off. The kids area will be open from 10:30 am until 6:30 pm. Various activities are planned at different times. Activities include face painting, crafts and children's events.

A First aid station is located directly behind the 2nd base line in the main tent. For safety reasons, shoes must be worn at all times. If ambulance service is required, the person requiring the trip is responsible for the fees incurred.
There is a wide variety of food available for purchase from vendors on the festival grounds. No outside food or beverages may be brought into the event activity area. Water is available from coolers at the First Aid station. No ice chests will be allowed.

Please help keep the festival grounds clean by disposing of all trash in the nearest trashcan. Please "crush" and compact your trash as much as possible. Managing the trash is an ongoing concern at an event this large. Recycle bins are located through out the festival grounds. Help us keep SANDSTOCK a free event by assisting with recycling all aluminum and plastic.
All lost and found items should be taken to, and retrieved from, the Information / Lost and Found booth located directly behind the 2nd baseline in the main tent area.
Moshing, slamming and crowd surfing can be extremely dangerous. Please respect everyone's safety by refraining from this dangerous behavior.
All of the bands performing at SANDSTOCK will have merchandise available in the Main tent area.
Parking to SANDSTOCK is free. Festival signage will direct festival goers to parking and shuttle service. LIMITED Shuttle service is provided free of charge, however most parking is within a short walk to the festival area. VIP ticket holders should have been mailed a printable parking pass in advance, allowing access to the VIP lot. If you did not receive your VIP parking pass contact Chelle Yarbrough

The McDonald Ballfield operates under the jurisdiction of the Port Aransas Police Department and other law enforcement agencies. Sandstock volunteer security personnel are not extensions of these agencies. Sandstock security is on the property at all times and the police department will be called in as necessary. In the event of a serious emergency, call 911.
This tent will be staffed with friendly prayer counselors during festival hours.
teams will be on duty throughout the day and night. However, it is suggested that all valuables be locked in your car or secured otherwise. All attendees are expected to cooperate with all festival policies and guidelines, staff and security personnel. SANDSTOCK is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

There are no pay phones located on the festival grounds and activity areas
special seating and a VIP meet'n greet reception with artists. Sandbox tickets are not available for purchase. They are given as prizes and are supplied to the sponsors and donors that make SANDSTOCK possible.
SANSTOCK will not be responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced tickets. No refunds will be given. Wristbands must be worn on wrists only and are invalid if they are cut. Always be prepared to show your wristband when passing through admission gates.

Toilet facilities are located throughout the grounds. Please help keep these facilities as clean as possible and notify a staff member if they need servicing.
Illegally parked vehicles will be towed. Parking in posted "no parking areas" can result in great inconvenience and expense.

Videotaping, photography and audio recording of any concert or seminar is prohibited due to copyright laws. This policy is strictly enforced. Yes, this includes phones.
It takes approximately 100 Volunteers to make SANDSTOCK operational. Volunteers receive various discounts and merch depending on the length of time they work.
